Italian marines mistake and the stand of the Governments of Kerala and India.

The unfortunate incident of shooting to death the two fishermen of Kerala by the two mariners of the Italian ship, by mistake thinking them to be pirates, has become a top most issue for the government of India for nearly  two weeks since the incident. The people who shot at the ill-fated fishermen confessed the mistake and agreed to make good the loss by paying suitable compensations.

Many people in the country have started asking why this incident got so much priority and publicity. When our county is not able to rescue or interfere in the matters of its citizens welfare and security when related to some other countries why the governments are giving too much hype for this accidental incident occurred by mistake...?

It is also notable that those marines who committed this crime have already agreed and confessed of it, and it will be good if our politions and government involve in this incident for the welfare of the bereaved family who lost their beloved ones and try to get them maximum compensations, without anticipating any political mileage in the coming bye-elections.

After all we all know that nobody can bring the dead back....but we can reduce the pain of the dear ones of the deceased...!!!

Mamata Banerjee's TMC party justifies her nephew slapping COP in public

The incident of slapping a police officer on duty in public by the nephew of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is an act of taking the law in to hands and a grave offence showing his political might and rowdyism. The incident has attracted wide criticism across the nation as there is already a talk that the TMC chief supports and backs the public offences done by her kith and kin.

It is more surprising that a responsible minister in her government by name Firhad Hakim, representing Trinamul Congress Party, terming the incident as a small and simple one and supporting it saying, such incidents of scuffles between drivers and cops is a common thing in all cities of the country.

The W.B CM's nephew, Akash Banerjee, drove his car on the wrong side of the road yesterday and was stopped by a traffic police man on duty. Angered at this he slapped the police man and was later arrested for that serious crime.

Common people in the country are having a feeling of insecurity and fear as that the rich and the influential are taking the law in their hands and acting rudely ridiculing the rules of the land. The coalition governments that are afraid of their arrogant and rude allies are not in a position to take stern action on the guilty for the fear of 'with-drawing support' ...!
  

ISEET (Indian Science Engineering Eligibility Test) and the people's opinions surrounding it.nding it

After the implementation of NEET (National Entrance Eligibility Test [for Medical aspirants]) which erupted and ended up in controversies, the Government of India has come up with a fresh Entrance Test idea by name ISEET (Indian Science Engineering Eligibility Test) for admission into the prestigious centrally funded Institutions like IITs, NITs, IIITs etc. This ISEET is to replace the Entrance Tests like IIT-JEE and AIEEE next year on-wards.

As usual like the previous time, this decision of the HRD department of the Nuion Government to implement ISEET is widely opposed and protested by IIT-JEEE and AIEEE aspirants, their parents, Colleges and Entrance Coaching Institutions saying as they have been preparing for these tests and a sudden change testing mode is unacceptable for them.

Many people opine and oppose it as 40 percent weightage is given in ISEET basing on the marks secured in the 10+2, it is not just as there is no common uniform curriculum for 10+2 in all the states of the country. Some others criticize it saying, it should be introduced in the academic year 2013-14 instead of  2012-13 with the new batch of 10+2 students joining colleges this year.

Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, is the convener of A.P. EdCet 2012 (Education Common Entrance Test [for admission for Education Degree, B.Ed]) this year. It has announced the schedule and the notification for the Edcet Examinations to be conducted in Andhra Pradesh by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam on behalf of all the Universities in Andhra Pradesh State on  June 8th, 2012.

Those who seek admissions in the various B.Ed Colleges in the state need to appear for the test and get qualified to get admission for a degree in 'Bachelor of Education'. The recent boasting of Iran exhibiting its Nuclear capacity and advanced know-how and capability to enrich uranium at high speed, by its President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, is considered by think tanks and people of the world as an open warning and challenge to the West and the rest of the world. At a time specially  when crisis and unrest is surrounding the region, the popular opinion of people is that it was untimely and unwarranted.

Slain Al Queda Chief Bin Laden's surprising advise to children and grand children

In a surprising and shocking report published by the 'Daily Mail' in London, the slain founder chief of the world's dreaded terrorist organization Al Queda, Bin Laden had advised his children and grand children not to follow his path of terrorism.

According to Osama Bin Laden's fifth brother-in-law, Zakaria al-Sadah,  Laden wanted and insisted his children and their children to settle in some Western countries, where they would get good education and live peacefully...!

24-year old al-Sadah who is a journalism student said that Osama's children who lived in the dark for more than nine months during the US raids in Abbaottabad in Pakistan before the killing of the terrorist in May, 2011, were terribly frightened.

It is very strange to hear that the world's most wanted terrorist in the recent times who invited and attracted innocent youths to become terrorists on the name of Religion and Faith, wanting his own children and grand children to live peacefully and happily shunning extremism and terrorism....!

Andhra Pradesh's liquor mafia and A.P.'s Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB)

There are various Government departments and organizations functioning in India. But people are not aware of many until and unless they effectively discharge their duties and responsibilities efficiently. To effectively discharge the duties with out any fear or favour, the heads of those departments need to be fearless, truthful, duty-minded  and above all corrupt-free.


Until Mr T.N. Sheshan took charge as the Chief Election Commission of India a decade ago, most people of the country never knew that such an important institution existed in India and the powers and responsibilities vested with that particular Commission.


The recent performance of the 'Anti-Corruption Bureau' in the state on the 'liquor syndicate mafia' is quite appreciable and welcomed by one and all. The liquor syndicate mafia of A.P., that willfully and deliberately defied the High Court's order and the government of A.P was miserably unable to control them and failed. The government and its leader the Chief Minister were severely criticized by most people for their inability to implement the Court's directions and to come to the rescue of the people of the state.

It was at this juncture, the ACB (Anti- Corruption Bureau) came to the spot light. The ACB started raiding and hunting the mafia mercilessly. Many big sharks were caught in the ACB's net and those liquor mafia who vowed    publicly that they would never obey any court orders or rules, started to surrender before the ACB's whip. At last they bowed down and agreed to sell liquor at the 'maximum retail price'. 

People are eager to know who are all behind this courageous adventure. Hats off to Mr.D.Boobathi Babu, IPS (Director General ACB), Satyanarayan,IPS (Director ACB), and all the additional and joint directors, DSPs, Inspectors and sincere personnel of the ACB. It is the popular people's opinion and wish that all the dipartments take the ACB as an example do their legitimate duties with out fear or favour, they will be real heroes in the minds of people.

The Shocking and Shameful act of Karnataka Ministers in the Assembly.

Today's news was really shocking the entire Nation. Three Ministers of the Karnataka state resigned hurriedly. What was the reason behind their hurried step...? We have earlier seen few months ago the chief Minister and some others refusing to quit even when asked by the BJP high command.

The three ministers offered to quit following the video tape released by popular TV channels airing their services rendered as ministers in the Karnataka Assembly, today...! They were seen watching porn and sex films in the assembly while heated debates were going on in the assembly on the hoisting of Pakistan flag recently in Sindagi in Karnataka's Bijapur district.


Finding the allegations true, the Karnataka chiefs of the BJP immediately asked the ministers to quit and they submitted their papers to the governor who immediately accepted them.  


When we voting people of the country, cast our valuable votes during elections, should think deeply and choose leaders with sound morality and good dedication. If leaders in the status of ministers, indulge in such dirty and immoral acts, that too in the Assembly where rules and laws for the states are enacted, what punishment are they eligible for...?


The people whose memory is short will naturally forget this after some time and they may again appear in similar or higher posts in future. Our Karma...what else...???

Many of my post readers have asked my to post about the confirmed lung cancer of Indian Cricketer Yuvaraj Singh who was the hero of the world-cup and the man of the tournament.

According to his family members and the Indian Cricket Board, Yuvaraj Singh is unfortunately diagnosed of having lung cancer and is undergoing treatment and chemotherapy in an American hospital.

Doctors who are treating his said he is having common after-effects of chemo and other treatments, but is recovering stably. Yuvi too who is a brave person at heart, expressed his wishes for a speedy recovery.

May people form around the country including chief ministers and leaders of political parties and higher officials are posting their comforting messages for Yuvaraj,

Soccer Game in Egypt turns to Killer game: 74 people died, 100s injured.

The unfortunate incident of 'fans' becoming mad has once again occurred in Egypt, when fans belonging to the rival groups went mad and clashed, in which already 74 people lost their lives and hundred seriously injured.

Many people world-wide are losing their lives due to natural calamities and unprecedented accidents and incidents. Fans of rival foot-ball teams resorting to clash each other and attacking seriously is storngly condemn-able and the world opinion of people is much against repetition of such wild instincts that of animals to attack without any sense of thoughts.

It is OK to appreciate the play or actions of sport stars or film stars. But the appreciation should not become adoration...! The same sis applicable in the case of some politicians also. There are many people ready to die and kill for the sake of these false leaders.

 People who are fans of certain celebrities should realize that every one has the right to be a fan of someone and they should tolerate the fans of others. Also it is important to understand, anyone engaged in sports or film field (sport star or cine star) is doing so to make money and he/she is not doing a free service to the society or the country.

Do not lose your temper when dealing with people of other parties, religions, faiths, groups, teams, etc. but bear everyone and respect his/her individuality and feelings...!
