The communist Party of India (Marxist) in Kerala is having very bad time now. Especially when the party is preparing to face the Neyyattinkara by electionon (on June 2nd) its problems are increasing day by day. The recent rift developed with the founding leader V S Achuthanandan in the T.P Chandra Sekharan assassination row was a major blow to the party. The cadre was limping to normalcy the bomb of M M Mani exploded at the wrong time.
The statements of Idukki district secretary of the party is like a weapon and a golden opportunity for the UDF, which was also trying to cover up the inner fighting and disputes. It was shocking to hear that the CPI M has involved in physically eliminating any one who raised his/her voice against the policies of the leadership (even if they are felt as wrong)...!
No one can demand or command respect or love of the people. But we can win the admiration and appreciation of the people through our noble and good deeds. Anything that is gained using force or violence will not last long. It is a good lesson for not only the CPI-M but for all...!

The court also rejected his bail petition and sentenced him to remain in judicial custody till June11.The grief stricken mother and family members of the detained leader blamed the Congress Government at the center and in the state of hatching this plot to block him from campaigning for his candidates in the ensuing June by-polls for 18 Assembly seats and one Loksabha seat.
While a section of the people welcomed this arrest and interrogation of the accused for amassing disproportionate assets at the cost of the state, there is another section which question who is not guilty and clean...? Putting an end to the anxiety of the people, and his political opponents, when the interrogation by the CBI ended on the third consecutive day on Sunday the 27th of May 2012, YSRCP founder leader Jagan mohan Reddy's arrest was announced by the CBI after making elaborate security arrangements throughout the state to curb any untoward sporadic incidence of violence that may occur following Jagan's arrest.

The news that appeared in the print media yesterday is unbelievable...! The two major political parties in Andhra pradesh state Congress and the Telugu Desam have come to a secret understanding in Nellore to support one another to defeat thier common enemy, the YSR Congress Party...!
According to the understanding, the Telugu Desam party will support and vote for the Congress Loksabha (MP) candidate in Nellore and in return, the Congress will support and vote for the Telugu Desam Legislative assembly candidate. Thus by supporting one another, both the parties want to see that YSRCP candidate lose the Nellore Loksabha by election to be held on June 12th, 2012.
If this findings by the news paper is true, we have to seriously understand that our Democracy is at danger. All the responsible citizens of the country should unite together to save India, forgetting political or communal lines.

The steepest petrol price hike in the country made yesterday by the petroleum companies, which is considered by all as a severe blow to the average common man, there is wide disagreement among all the political parties including the Congress Party. It is very ironical for the ruling Congress Party to deny any knowledge of the hike and immediately summoned back the petroleum minister who was on foreign tour.
Jaypal Reddy, the petroleum minister who hurried back to the country has ruled out any immediate possibility of roll back of petrol price. This has terribly disappointed the people of the country. And in the coming days they are going to engage in Bundhs and rastra rokos to register their protest.
Yesterday's price hike has once again made the people hate the party that rules the country. They opine and cry a party which cannot control price hikes, which cannot curb corruption and help the ordinary people, it has no moral right to continue in power. Such things are considered as a terrible setback to the party/parties which is going to the by polls next month.

When he appeared before the CBI team today for being grilled this morning in Dilshuk guest house, there were rumors and speculations that he would be arrested today. Jagan Mohan Reddy's anticipatory bail plea was rejected yesterday by the court and put it for consideration on May 28th. Though Jagan mohan Reddy, who too sensed that he might be arrested, asked his supporters and followers to restrain from involving in any kind of violence or arson and stay calm, the police and the ruling government did not want to take any risk and made elaborate security arrangements throughout the state.

The latest development is considered as another jolt for the Congress party which is already facing numerous criticism from the people.
Immediately after celebrating its third anniversary and hosting a celebratory dinner yesterday, the UPA-II government has given its anniversary gift to the people of the country, a steep petrol price hike, that is very difficult for most of the Indians....!
This probably for the first time that such a steep increase in the petrol price is taking place in India. On an average Rs 7.50 / litre is hiked and it has caused sharp criticism and condemnation from many quarters. Most political parties including the coalition partners have condemned this action of the government and have demanded an immediate price roll back.
The political parties and people in general are expected to strike against this horrible increase in the petrol cost which is too high for the average Indian to afford.
How ever many people wonder how could the Congress-led government take or allow to take such a drastic step when the candidates belonging to the party is going for the by-poll shortly, specially during a difficult situation for the party in many states like Andhra Pradesh...!

Secondary School Certificate (SSC) is the most important of all examinations in India as it is the basic and the first public examination faced by a student. Hence the people who look anxiously for the results of X class (tenth class) is very much higher than any other public / common examinations.
There are lakhs of students, their parents and the institutions and teachers who prepared them for the SSC examinations in Andhra Pradesh state this year too as usual. But unlike the previous years, probably for the first time in the recent past, the results of tenth class is delayed and postponed two times that added the tension of those students (and their parents) who appeared for the exams and awaiting for the results.
Last week it was announced that the results would be declared on May 23rd, 2012 and the eager pupils found with much disappointment that the 2012 SSC results of AP was postponed again for one more day ie 2012 May 24th at 11.00 am.
The reason for the postponement is understood to be the inability and unavailability of the education minister of Andhra Pradesh due to his busy by election campaign. It is viewed as a serious mistake by most people and many are asking if the minister was not able to announce the results, he could have authorized some one else or the Director of State Education.
Such individual mistakes increase the ire of the people and cause to hate the Government in whole which is too high to be paid...!

The Indian Government led by the Congress Party with many nonadjustable alleys by name 'United Progressive Alliance II' (UPA-II) is completing three years withstanding pressures and non compromising and stubborn attitudes of many of the coalition partners. The Prime Minister is hosting a dinner for all the Members of Parliament and other dignitaries.
The two main coalition partners of the UPA-2, Mamata Banerjee's Trinamool Congress and Karunanidhi's DMK have informed that they would send their representatives. While the DMK chief expressed his inability to attend the dinner citing poor health conditions, Mamata Banerjee's absense rises many eye brows.
It is widely talked about the immature behavior of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee now-a-days. Even the recent walk out of the leader while in a discussion forum conducted by a popular English News Channel CBNIBN with college and university students draw wide criticism on the TMC chief.

But the motive of the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jaya Lalitha is is said to have hidden intentions in projecting a candidate for the presidential poll. Some political analysts opine that in campaigning for P.A Sangma for the presidential post, she in turn expects him to give her priority and preference, in the event of a hung parliament after the next general elections that is to be held in 2014 but may be conducted early...!
The too obedient and bending postures of P.A Sangma before those political party leaders whom he is begging for support for his presidential candidacy is felt by some people as a disgrace to the top post of the country though they opine that he is eligible to be the president...! In the past no presidential candidates have begged the political leaders like this to vote for him/her, though they may have tried to some extend to adorn the royal throne.

Today (May 20th, 2012) the third successful episode of 'Satyamev Jayate' anchored by Bollywood super star Aamir Khan was aired on many Indian TV Channels at 11.00 am. Today's topic also was about another burning issue in India, 'Failed marriages due to Dowry Harassment'...!
While the real pathetic story of Delhi's Komal, who is not only pretty but also educated and hails from a decent and affectionate family was described, the famous host of this program too could not control his tears... most of the participants and viewers of this program too wept.
According to the story, Komal who hails from an affluent family in Delhi was married to an educated and employed relative of her. Her parents gave all what the groom's family demanded as dowry, car and gold. Even though Komal was a very beautiful and loving girl, the devil in her husband did not love her but always treated her as a source to tap money only. When she was narrating all the harassment and miseries she bore while with her husband, it was very difficult for the viewer of the program to control tears.
The story of the Madurai girl also is similar but she is not alive to narrate the sufferings she underwent, as she committed suicide unable to bear the harassment of her husband and in-laws.
There are millions of girls in India who are harassed very cruelly for more dowry or stating less beautiful. Before marriage, the lusty animal groom wants to marry a girl and after some time he thinks his wife is not as beautiful as someone else with whom he compares her beauty.
Parents of the girls should be extra careful while choosing a husband for their daughter. Never give importance to the outward appearance or financial status, but try to see the heart of the boy inside....!!!

Though many pre poll surveys and opinion polls suggest that the YRRC candidatel Mekapati Rajamohan Reddy will from theis Loksabha constituency, the systematic campaign of T Subba Rami Reddy with Telugu cine stars and celebrities and his history of developing the constituencies that he represents gives a clue that he is determined to win as the MP of Nellore in the by poll in June 2012...!
Anyhow the anxious people have to wait for some more time to see which Reddy will win as the M.P of Nellore in the by poll 2012 where Reddy and Reddy v/s Reddy....!
The political enmity is at its highest level in India nowadays. In the past there used to be political differences between parties and they used to fight in the elections and the winning party or the candidates used to take sweet revenges against their political opponents.The situation has completely changed to-day and the politicians are hatching grudge and rivalry on other political parties and leaders. If one party or candidate wants to win an election, they should win the hearts of the people with their exemplary deeds and actions. No one / organizers / institutions / parties can demand or command love or admiration of the people using force or violence.
By taking revenge on leaders who are against one's ideologies or party and trying to finish him /her cannot win the applauds or votes of the common people who generally act on love and admiration. The recent move of the Congress Government to finish YSRC Congress founder Jagan Mohan Reddy is considered as a conspiracy by majority of the people of Andhra Pradesh.
People ask why the Congress party and the Central and State governments run by it, do not try to take any action or correct those leaders belonging to its own party who are involved in huge corruptions and scams.
According to the peoples' opinion, it is not right on the side of a party like Congress which has a long historical back ground and a good reputation. Most of the common people of Andhra Pradesh see the recent CBI moves on Kadapa MP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy who is accused in amassing inappropriate wealth case is to eliminate him not only political but also otherwise.
How ever all the opinion polls conducted by the TV news channels clarifies that Jagan's YSRC is going to make a massive victory in the ensuing by polls on June 12th, 2012.

Though the reality game Ningalkkum Aakam Kodeeswaran (NAK) show is gaining viewership and popularity on one side, there are a lot of grievances and complaints about this show aired on May 17th (Thursday), 2012. For the first time since the commencement of this show, one ordinary but devoted woman form Idukky named Shila won half a crore rupees playing intelligently in this show.
Prior to her many people claiming to be wise and intelligent participated and went away with very less amount of money in shame. But this lady intelligently won 50 lakhs of rupees (Rs.50,00000/-) by cleverly quitting from the last tricky question which would have made her go with mere 3,20,000/-...!
Congrats to Shaila and may God bless here family to live a prosperous life for her 'Strong Devotion and piety'...! She hs been praying through out the show and seeking the prayer help of all the viewers of this show world-wide...!
On the other hand, the five contestants waiting to reach the hot-seat were denied their chance for only accommodating celebrity guest Kavya Madhavan. This has decision of the organizers to deny the opportunity for the remaining contestants have given a chance for wide criticism...! Now the EAMCET (Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test) 2012 Examinations for the Engineering and Medical streams were conducted successfully by JNTU Hyderabad as announced and the EAMCET Results 2012 is expected to be declared on May 24, 2012. A pass in this EAMCET is a must to secure admissions for various professional courses in Government and private colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
Though there were some questions with two correct answers and some questions out of the category, the board is considering to grant some (3) grace marks to the students who appeared it last Sunday.

The former BJP Chief Minister of Karnataka, BS Yeddyurappa who was replaced of his CM's chair facing several corruption cases, has warned the BJP head quarters that he would leave the party with a good number of his supporting MLAs and MPs if he is not made the chief Minister of Karnataka replacing the present CM Sadananda Gouda immediately.His sudden stand of showering praises for the Congress President Sonia Gandhi is considered as an indication to his plan of moving towards the Congress Party to get its support to get back the Chief Ministers throne and to escape from the investigations he is presently facing.
But the Congress spokesman Manish Tiwari has ruled out of any possibility of including BS Yeddyurappa into its fold and rejected any such proposals to join a person whom the Congress was criticizing for more than four years.
Even the people's popular opinion is that no party should accommodate anybody from other parties, whose only intention is to remain in power and to escape the investigations and punishments.
As the rift in the Kerala regional CPI(M) has escalated beyond any patch-up, the supporters of one of the founding members of Communist Party in Kerala, VS Achuthanandan are curiously raising a question whether he will flout a new party with communist ideologies similar to Communist Party of India (Marxist)...!According to people's opinion, most of Achumama's supporters and followers have welcomed his breaking of silence against the CPI(M) leadership who are behaving like mafia dons keeping aside the party principles and ideologies...!
Though leaders like Chandrachudan are trying to patch-up the issue by mediating between VS and Pinarayi, the common opinion of the people is that the rift has gone too worse beyond cure. The former Chief Minister of Kerala was being humiliated by the party office bearers for quite a long time, though they could not do much to him as he enjoyed the support and love of a larger portion of the Communists in Kerala.
Under these circumstances, it is found that his supporters and common party workers urging him to flag a new party, as the slain leader TP Chandrasekharan did, with the silent approval and backing of VS Atchuthanadan.
The opinion of the majority Communist Party activists and sympathizers in Kerala is that VS should float a new party with the principles of Marxism in Kerala...!

Veteran CPI(M) leader and former Chief Minister of Kerala at last lost his temper and released his long controlled anger and anguish over his party colleque and party secretary Pinarayi Vijayan. Much to the surprise of all the communist cadres ahead of the prestigious Neyyattinkara by poll, the popular, people admired veteran today declared an open war on the party secretary Pinarayi Vijayan and lashed at the state secretary comparing him to 'Dange'...!The 88-year-old founder leader of CPI(M) is terribly upset over the brutal killing of the Marxist rebel TP Chandrasekharan recently allegedly master minded by some CPI M leaders of Kerala. The open waging of a war by VS has shocked not only the Kerala cadres but also the central leadership and the Polit Bureau.
As every one knows Mr Achuthanadan enjoys the support and following of majority of communist workers in Kerala though his elevation in the central committee is hurdled by some of the powerful leaders like Pinarayi Vijayan and Kodiyeri Balakrishnan.
The popular opinion of the party workers is that VS is a man of the masses and is suppressed by the leadership from entering the central committee. Even during the previous elections, they tried their best not to give a seat for VS to contest for the Assembly polls but the verdict of the people trembled the leadership and made them to think in support of VS.
Today's incident is viewed as a major jolt for the whole of the party in Kerala in the long run and the ensuing Neyyattinkara by poll immediately. the rift in the CPI(M) is considered as boon for the UDF which is struggling to come to a consensus ahead of the nearing by elections on June 2nd...!

As the major political parties in India are gearing up for the election (selection...?) of the next President of the country after the 2012 June by-polls to 3 Lok Sabha and 28 Assembly seats. Though no party has the required number of eligible voters to choose the president of their choice, they are engaged in 'talks' and negotiations on electing the candidate of their choise as the 13th President of India...!Though there are favorable candidates for each and every political party, a majority of the population of India favors and wishes to see Mr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, who has very successfully and efficiently served as one of the best presidents of India for one term. Former President Kalam in his previous tenure proved his capability to hold the highest post of India.
Another specialty of Mr Kalam is that he did not get in to any controversies, nor showed any favoritism or partiality towards any individual, community or party. Even when holding one of the the highest positions in the world, he continued to remain humble, polite and the same....!
The Congress Party and some of its allies are desirous of elevating one of India's strongest politicians and acclaimed political trouble shooter, Mr Pranab Mukharjee as the next President of India. There are a good number of the public who are supporting the candidature of Mr Mukherjee as he too is corrupt-free and very patriotical beside being an accepted and famous figure world-wide.
The common people's general opinion is that both of these personalities are fit to sit in the most prestigious throne of India and lead India as (one of) the best ....countries on the earth...!

SRM Deemed University is one of the prestigious universities in South India and their entrance exams for engineering admissions were held in many centers from 10 am today titled SRMEEE. But prior to the commencement of the exams, the popular Telugu News Channel, TV 9 came out with a shocking news of the question papers leakage.
It was commendable that the crew of the news channel caught hold of two culprits who confessed that they were acting as channel partners for the 'question paper leakage'. Many parents of the students who appeared for the entrance exams opined that, Though the breaking news of the question leak was aired on TV9 frequently fro morning, the university has not made any official statement about this serious offense or make any announcement of cancelling or postponing the entrance tests.
Students who prepare hard for any exams or tests will be disappointed if such things happen and their morale will be affected if unworthy candidates secure admission or placements in prestigious universities or institutions through short-cut methods.

As the campaigning for the French Presidential Election 2012 ends, The Socialist candidate Francois Hollande is voted as the next president of France by the opinion polls conducted. Though the incumbent president Nicholas Sarkozy termed the opinion polls are lying, he is quoted as saying that he has admitted that he might be defeated by Hollande.
President Sarkozy also declared that he would quit politics if defeated by Socialist party candidate Francois Hollande.

The five member High Power Committee appointed by the Supreme Court to study and submit its detailed report on the safety and sustainability of the 117 - Year old Mullaperiyar dam in Keral State, has submitted its report in a sealed cover in the SC and the report is publicized by leading Malayalam News Channels and print media yesterday. Justice K.T. Thomas was also appointed in the high power panel as a representative of the people of Kerala.
Kerala's government and people have termed the report disappointing and stated that they would seek legal advise to move further in this issue. Many people feel that Justice KT Thomas who was included in the pane did not give any weightage to the fear and concern of millions of Keralites who live in the shadow of terror.
The controversy over the strength and safety of the century old dam is a cause for high concern and fear for more than four million people of Kerala, who fear in the worst scenario of a dam break they would be washed away in minutes.
The Government of Kerala has categorically made it clear that the water in the dam can be given to their neighbor Tamil Nadu as already agreed. Kerala has only demanded and sought the safety of its people. As this dispute is between two states, it is very difficult for the weak coalition Government in the centre to make a decision in this regard.
The government of Kerala and the general public has dismissed the report saying, 'who can guarantee the life of the 117 year old dam which exists in a frequent tremor prone area'....? If some untoward incident (which is not in the hands of any human) occurs, who will bear responsibility of the huge loss of life ....!!!
