Recently a bold Kerala girl who exhibited the martial art forms like Karate and Kalari Payittu she had learnt, has become the center of news among the Keralits.
According to Amrita Mohan who was returning home after the famous 'One Million Rising' on February 14th, 2013 in Thiruvannthapuram along with his family members was forced to attack some men who allegedly passed some respect-less words to her.
Amrita who is a 'Black belt holder' in Karate and skilled in 'Kalari Payittu', allegedly made a street performance of these martial art forms which she learned for many years.
Amrita's quick reaction to eve-teasers have given courage and confidence among the women who become prey to the fantasies of some men who behave with the female folk without any respect.
She is receiving applauds for her courageous act fro many quarters.
However, there are some people who opine that Amrita should not have taken law in her hand and physically assaulted them ...!
