The Eastern Naval Command of the Indian Navy head quartered in Visakhapatnam is inviting applications from desirous Indian Citizens girls / women above 18-years age for their upcoming Navy Queen pageant, 2012 to be held in connection with the Navy Ball on December 22nd, 2012.
Navy Queen Pageant is a platform for aspiring candidates for Miss India and then Miss World Pageant. It has served as a launchpad for some contestants like Parvathy Omanakuttan who was winner of Navy Queen Pageant in 2007, and later became Miss India and Miss world first runner-up.
Dates to remember:
The Last Date for Registration is December 8th, 2012.
Screening / Audition / Prelims will be held on December 15th, 2012.
Final Contest is on December 22, 2012.
